Welcome to the website of KB Projekt – Architectural Office.
We sell ready-made single-family house designs developed by our office, as well as designs for public utility buildings and commercial-use buildings. These designs require only adaptation by a local designer to the requirements of a specific building plot.

Each of our designs consists of two coherent parts: architectural and construction documentation, and technical documentation. The architectural and construction design includes dimensioned floor plans of all storeys, sections, elevations, surface schedules, functional descriptions, and finishing materials, which allow for clear interpretation of the design by both authorities and contractors. The technical design includes full structural development (foundations, floors, load-bearing walls, roof structures) along with static and strength calculations, as well as designs for sanitary, heating, ventilation, water and sewage, and electrical installations with technical descriptions and diagrams.

Additionally, the documentation includes an energy performance certificate and material specifications, which allow assessment of costs, performance parameters, and compliance with energy requirements already at the design stage. All documentation elements are prepared in accordance with the regulations and standards in force in the European Union. Each element requires possible adaptation to the planned location by an authorised local designer. As the authors and owners of the proprietary rights to the design, we include our consent for any changes for the licensed designer who will carry out the adaptation. The exceptionally low prices of our designs result from the mass sales we conduct.

Purchasing our design radically shortens the design process, as there is no need to create an architectural concept or a functional program design. Moreover, thanks to the visualisations we present, the final effect and appearance of the planned building are already known at the purchase stage. Only adaptation to the specific site remains. Purchasing such a ready-made design also significantly reduces costs compared to designing from scratch. This is a standard and common procedure used worldwide, helping individual investors realise their dream of owning their own home. We offer both ready-made house designs and ready-made designs for public utility buildings and commercial-use buildings.

The selected design can be ordered using the “add to cart” option and completing the form. After the order is paid for, we will send the design documentation electronically, in the language indicated by the Client, to the provided email address. The selected language should be indicated after adding the design to the cart, in the field “Additional information / order notes”.
